Crackle Quartz Crystal Point

Crackle Quartz aka Rainbow Quartz is a crystalline quartz that has been intentionally fractured to achieve its "crackled" look. This process requires us to heat translucent quartz to a high temperature, then suddenly quench it in cold water. The sudden cooling process causes a network of tiny fractures thought out the stone.
Crackle or Rainbow Quartz has a dazzling display of beautiful rainbows when placed in direct sunlight. It is said to hold the power of pure happiness and joy, bringing harmony and balance to our emotional body. All types of quartz are known as master healers as they can amplify the properties of other stones. This stone helps to cleanse and transmute negative energy into positive healing energy.

I try to get the most accurate photo possible, but due to natural variations in the stones, and individual monitor settings, there may be slight variations in colors from the photo to the stone in hand. Many times the actual stones are much better than my photo, as the camera does not always cooperate with me!
